We are pleased to announce that online purchase of LSGH merchandise is now available! This facility is intended to provide a safer and more convenient alternative to on-site purchases.
By placing orders, the customers signify their agreement with the School’s Data Privacy Policy with respect to collection of email addresses and other responses entered in the online forms. The data will be used to process orders based on the steps indicated below.
1. PORTAL
1.1 Items on sale may be viewed via this portal or through the catalogue for offline browsing at http://bit.ly/LSGH-OnlineMerchandise. Photos of these items, including price and available stocks, are contained therein.
1.2 A form is accomplished by the buyer for items that are placed for purchase, either by piece or in bulk.
1.3 Said form will be emailed to merchandise@lsgh.edu.ph for the confirmation of availability of stocks.
1.4 Once cleared by the Bookstore, payment may be processed as detailed below.
2. PAYMENT CHANNELS
2.1 Deposits or fund transfers to RCBC
2.2 Online bills payment through BPI Express Online
3. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
3.1 For payment option via RCBC:

3.2 For BPI online payments:
Go to Bills Payments
Search for LSGHLS merchant in the list of BPI merchants
In the reference field, type in your child’s Student ID number
Enter amount
(If no child in LSGH, leave it blank)
3.3 After payment/transfer have been made, kindly take a photo/scan deposit slip or take a screenshot of the online transaction.
Keep a copy for your records, and email proof of payment/deposit slip to merchandise@lsgh.edu.ph so your order may be prepared.
Await confirmation of receipt of proof of payment and availability of items for pick up by courier.
4. DELIVERY OF ORDERED ITEM/S
4.1 Booking arrangements through any preferred courier, e.g. Grab, Lalamove, MrSpeedy, shall be made by the customer.
Corresponding delivery fee shall be paid by the buyer.
4.2 For orders placed online, the following schedule of delivery will be observed:
Day of Placement of Order: Monday-Wednesday
Day of Delivery: Thursday
or
Day of Placement of Order: Thursday-Sunday
Day of Delivery: Monday the following week
5. CHANGE OF ITEM
Request/s for change or replacement of purchased item/s may be made within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt.
